I sang outside your window, serenading you with bird-songs of love. But you weren’t listening. I came to you in dreams, whispered sweet nothings in your ear, and granted you visions of what was possible, but you dismissed my voice when you woke up. I showed up as thoughts in your head, affirming that you are beautiful, whole, and cherished, but you let your sweet, scared inner critic write me off. I planted passages from books, blog posts, keynote speeches, bumper stickers, and messages through other people in front of you, hoping you’d hear my voice. But you credited my gushing words of love to the writers, lecturers, car bumpers, and intuitive humans, missing altogether that I was using them to get through to you. 

So today I kneel here before you, beseeching you to finally pay attention to my words.

In your own life, where you can adopt a more positive perspective on your circumstances? Things may not be just to your liking but what’s good about them? What can you appreciate? What is the experience inviting you to explore within? How might unideal things force you to grow? Are you being presented with an opportunity to make positive transformation or more deeply embrace a perspective on life and all the stuff you don’t like in it? What is good in your life now? What is bad? Are you sure? Bad according our likes and dislikes can be good. Good according to our desires can reverse easily. Face life with infinite patience and perseverance.

A now withdrawn paper published in the Journal of Biological Regulators & Homeostatic Agents posits there may be a unique, causally connected relationship between 5G millimeter wave exposure and coronavirus — an idea which, though widely discussed early on in the global COVID crisis, was eventually dismissed as “conspiracy theory” by the mainstream media and government officials, resulting in widespread censorship on social media platforms

The now retracted study, titled, “5G Technology and induction of coronavirus in skin cells,” authored by an international collaboration of scientists from Italy, the U.S. and Russia, suggests that 5G radiation may be absorbed by dermatologic cells that act like antennas,* thereby potentially transferring its effects to other cells, including activating DNA-based biosynthetic processes within the nucleus of the cell, possibly resulting in the de novo synthesis of coronaviruses in biological cells. 

The authors describe how this may work as follows: 

“DNA is built from charged electrons and atoms and has an inductor-like structure. This structure could be divided into linear, toroid and round inductors. Inductors interact with external electromagnetic waves, move and produce some extra waves within the cells. The shapes of these waves are similar to shapes of hexagonal and pentagonal bases of their DNA source.

These waves produce some holes in liquids within the nucleus. To fill these holes, some extra hexagonal and pentagonal bases are produced. These bases could join to each other and form virus-like structures such as Coronavirus.

To produce these viruses within a cell, it is necessary that the wavelength of external waves be shorter than the size of the cell. Thus 5G millimeter waves could be good candidates for applying in constructing virus-like structures such as Coronaviruses (COVID-19) within cells.”

As for why the study was retracted, it’s stated:

“This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor. After a thorough investigation the Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article as it showed evidence of substantial manipulation of the peer review.”

However, the idea that one of the causes of illness associated with the coronavirus crisis derives from non-native electromagnetic radiation exposure, including from 5G millimeter waves, was proposed by Dr. Thomas Cowan, in the highly controversial presentation below. This has been labeled as “false and harmful” information on a variety of social media and global mainstream media platforms.

 According to Cowan, 5G millimeter waves may induce cell damage that results in the excretion of cellular contents, which include nucleic acids and exosomes (virus-like nanoparticles produced within cells as natural forms of intercellular communication).

This debris, which he describes as part of the detoxification of the damaged cells (“cellular pooping”), may be mistakenly identified as exogenous viruses such as coronavirus and may result in false positives on RT-PCR tests, which are notoriously ineffective at positively distinguishing specific strains of viruses and identifying them with any certainty. 

While this idea differs slightly from the one proposed by the study authors, they overlap in significant ways. In both explanations, 5G associated radiation induces cell changes that are identified as being caused by “COVID virus.”

Whether or not there is a de novo synthesis of coronaviruses as a result of 5G radiation exposure, or whether or not the damage to the cell produces debris containing COVID virus like nucleic acid, remains to be determined. But in both scenarios, what is perceived as a COVID illness from the outside in may in fact be the byproduct of cellular changes resulting from EMF exposure and not an exogenous viral infection, as commonly assumed. 

Dr. Andrew Kaufman has also explored this topic and discovered that what the global mainstream medical establishment and media are identifying as “COVID-19” is likely our own exosomes being secreted by either healthy or damaged cells.

  My take on it, which I explore in the video below — “COVID-19 — is it really about a virus?” — is that exosomal processes within the body and between bodies simulate infectious processes, but rather than being simply a sign of pathology and imminent morbidity and mortality, are designed to support the collective health of a group of individuals or species, or even between species.

In this view, what is commonly understood to be infection and contagion is actually a surface misunderstanding of a process of horizontal information exchange designed to facilitate enhanced detoxification, xenohormesis and the activation of resiliency pathways within a species, and is the very origin of what is known as “herd immunity.” 

 This latest paper opens back up an important topic that has been all but suppressed and censored today, namely, that health problems associated with infections such as coronavirus involve a wide range of factors, including foremost the role of the so-called “bioterrain” of the cell in determining susceptibility to infection and illness.

Viruses do not exist in a vacuum and don’t simply attack helpless bodies. When the cellular terrain is healthy and resilient infections tend not to take hold, or even have effects that confer lasting health benefits.

Moreover, the discovery of the human microbiome (and the total set of viruses or viral-like components of the microbiome known as the human virome) reveals that classical germ theory is bankrupt, and that what we once believed were invisible viral threats “out there” are surprisingly similar, if not identical, to endogenous viral-like elements within our cells known as exosomes, and often cannot be distinguished from them.

For example, the widespread use of RT-PCR tests to identify “COVID” may simply be identifying our bodies’ own viral or exosomal contents, and thereby generating “false positives,” which justify the continual implementation of allopathic approaches that result in profound iatrogenic damage to the body, falsely described as “caused by COVID.”

This author understands that the virus myth, akin to the germ theory myth and contagion myth have been well propagated and established in the religious-like belief systems of modern medicine. The “science” will say Koch’s Postulates for viral contagion have been satisfied, but that is not actually the case. Healthy people are diseased? Nonsense, and is not part of the postulates which clearly states that the microorganism that is said to be creating symptoms (symptoms which are a mark of the body healing itself) should NOT be found in healthy individuals.

As I have come to understand it via deep research and study, that what we call viruses are actually bodily cell protein fragments, generally somatids or microzyma, which sprout from the red blood cell membranes, as has been well understood and studied in the pleomorphic scientific understanding and put forth via the terrain theory. Bacteria can become viruses, or morph into fungal forms depending on the triggers from the terrain or milleu of the body. They are meant to be of aid to the health situation of the body. Somatids that are created to carry DNA or RNA (covered with a capsule) are designed to repair cellular genetic material and not meant to be pathogenic. There are other cells of the body being mistaken for viruses, as many vesicles look similar in nature. For example, exosomes which help to move materials around the body, actually look identical to certain pollens and are often mistaken for “viruses”.

This is not to say that pathogenic forms cannot be created by a severely damaged terrain, for this is what happens in death! One’s own cells change format to breakdown dead tissue and recycle it. There is no difference in a state of disease where there will be dead and damaged tissue, except that there are repair factors included, as well. Modern medicine has a cause and effect problem. They seem to find organisms at the scene and they are immediately blamed for the cause of the disease when it is the precise opposite! When you make garbage, the flies are attracted to it, but they did not cause it. It would be insane to point at a pile of garbage full of flies and state “Look all this garbage the flies have made!” Of course, this is a ridiculous notion, and just as ridiculous to a practitioner like myself, well studied in the history of modern medicine and the in-fighting regarding these varying theories, when someone states they have a cold or flu or any other disease caused by a virus!

When the terrain of the body is in healthy working order, which means there are ample nutritional reserves to remove wastes and repair cells, the teaming bacteria within us, (of which there are 10 times more cells of than our own cells!), operate in harmonic synergy without producing overt symptoms of release/expression. We dislike being “sick” but it’s getting “sick” which is the process of self-healing.

When we suppress the symptoms with drugs, vaccines, and other poisons, we worsen the prognoses, leading to further organ damage and reduced life span. These poisons give a “magic show” effect, which gives the illusion of health by no longer allowing the body to do the rebalancing work via release/expression. The shallow thinking is “symptoms gone equals cure given”, which is the exact opposite of how health and the body really works. This is precisely how the corrupted modern medical cult brainwashes people into thinking they are curing disease. All sleight-of-hand, make-believing themselves into false heroes when really they are two-bit magicians who embarrassingly ignore literally millions of natural remedies and holistic techniques available to us, which actually heal the body complex, since the dawn of time.

It is well known that mental and physical health are closely intertwined, but evidence suggests your attitude may have a major influence your heart attack risk. The latest science reveals that a “grateful heart” is a healthy heart.

Dr. Paul Mills of the University of California San Diego School of Medicine has been researching the connection between mental health and heart health for decades.[1] A positive attitude is associated with lower heart disease risk because it reduces stress, anxiety and depression, all of which contribute to cardiovascular disease.

But what about gratitude and your heart? To answer this question, Mills designed a study.[2] He recruited 186 men and women with heart disease and came up with a gratitude questionnaire.

What he learned was, the more grateful people are, the healthier they are. Mills also performed blood tests to measure inflammation levels. Inflammation strongly correlates with the buildup of arterial plaque and the development of heart disease. Interestingly, the most grateful individuals showed the lowest inflammatory markers.

Mills then dug in deeper with a follow-up study involving gratitude journaling. After two months, individuals with a history heart disease who kept gratitude journals enjoyed a decrease in their overall cardiac risk, whereas a non-journaling group did not. Mills isn’t certain how gratitude helps the heart but believes the key may be reduced stress.[3]

These results aren’t surprising in light of previous studies linking negative emotional states with increased risk of heart attack and stroke. A 2012 review of 200 studies by the Harvard School of Public Health[4] concluded that optimism and happiness do indeed reduce cardiovascular risk.

Gratitude Offers Benefits for Both Mind and Body

Robert A. Emmons heads up a long-term research project designed to create and disseminate scientific data on the nature of gratitude, its causes and potential consequences for human health and well-being.[5] [6] Neuroscientist Emiliana Simon-Thomas, the science director of Greater Good Science Center (GGSC) at UC Berkeley, works alongside Emmons in the study of gratitude. Simon-Thomas reports:[7]

“After eight weeks of practice, brain scans of individuals who practice gratitude have stronger brain structure for social cognition and empathy, as well as the part of the brain that processes reward.”

Simon-Thomas has also seen gratitude relieve symptoms of post-traumatic stress and helps individuals with PTSD recover more quickly. Studies involving trauma survivors (Vietnam vets and 9/11) have found gratitude to be a significant factor in healing from trauma.[8] [9]

In a blurb about the radio special The Science of Gratitude,[10] UC Berkeley’s online magazine Greater Good says the prescription for happiness can be distilled into one simple recommendation: Say thank you. But happiness is only the tip of the iceberg! Research reveals gratitude comes with an impressive array of benefits, including the following:56[11] [12]

Improved personal and work relationships[13]Better physical healthGreater empathy, sensitivity, and connectedness with others
Higher self esteemIncreased happinessBetter self care
Increased mental strength and resilienceHigher optimismBetter sleep; plus, good night’s sleep also promotes gratitude[14]

Is There a Recipe for a Grateful Heart?

I am particularly fond of the way editor Jeremy Adam Smith describes gratitude in a Greater Good article:[15]

“Gratitude (and its sibling, appreciation) is the mental tool we use to remind ourselves of the good stuff. It’s a lens that helps us to see the things that don’t make it onto our lists of problems to be solved. It’s a spotlight we shine on the people who give us the good things in life.”

Believing he lacked a bit of discipline in the gratitude department, Smith put together a list of six traits he believes set “fantastically grateful people” apart from the rest:

1. Once in a while, they think about death and loss. Also known as “mental subtraction,” this involves acknowledging what we do have by reflecting upon what might NOT have been. It’s not about doom and gloom, but developing appreciation by looking at all possibilities.

2. They take the time to smell the roses. Savoring positive experiences makes them stick more in the brain. Have you ever noticed that the first sip of coffee tastes the best? We have a tendency to adapt to pleasurable things, enjoying them less over time–a phenomenon called “hedonic adaptation.” The remedy is to temporarily give up the practice.[16]

3. They take the good things as gifts, not birthrights. The opposite of gratitude is entitlement. A preoccupation with the self will quickly quash any feelings of thankfulness.

4. They’re grateful for people, not just things. Expressing gratitude to others strengthens social bonds and increases trust, compassion and affection.

5. They mention the pancakes. Grateful people are very specific in their expressions of gratitude, which makes those expressions feel more authentic. For example, they would say, “I love you for making me pancakes on Saturday mornings when you know I’ve had a rough week,” rather than, “I love you because you’re wonderful.”

6. They thank outside the box. This is not a denial of negativity, but rather a way of thinking about the world that turns obstacles into opportunities.

Ideas for Starting a Gratitude Practice

The practice of gratitude is about slowing down and looking deeply into your life–past, present and future. In addition to looking for gifts in the present, additional gratitude opportunities are cultivated by retrieving memories from the past and developing a positive outlook for the future.[17] The following are a few suggestions for developing a gratitude practice:

Say thank you. Write short thank you notes often. For an even greater impact, write one detailed gratitude letter per month. Consider occasionally writing one to yourself
Thank someone mentally. Never underestimate the power of your thoughts.
Keep a gratitude journal. Before bed, spend a few minutes writing down things for which you are grateful. Once or twice a week is plenty. Focusing on interpersonal relationships, as opposed to material things, has been shown to be more impactful.[18]
Create a gratitude jar. On a slip of paper, write down what you are grateful for each day, and place it in a jar. On a difficult day, pull out and reread a few as gratitude reminders.
Mealtime thankfulness. Practice sharing your daily gratitudes with your family during the evening meal.
Meditate or pray. It’s much harder to tune in when you’re doing, so set aside some time for just beingMeditation offers a panoply of benefits, including thinking more logically and clearly from multiple perspectives.

During this year of the covid hoax, radiation is the biggest factor causing death from blood clotting in my opinion. Nitric oxide can be very helpful in keeping the inner lining of the blood vessels clear of blood clots

It was only a few decades ago that people started paying attention to nitric oxide. Named molecule of the year in 1992, it previously had been a pretty undervalued aspect of human health. Several years later, in 1998, three scientists were given a Nobel Prize for their discovery that nitric oxide is a key molecule in the cardiovascular system that helps keep blood vessels healthy and regulates blood pressure. We now know that nitric oxide can boost health in even more ways.

Does nitric oxide help sexually?

Some studies show that boosting levels of nitric oxide in the body may help with erectile dysfunction (ED) and possibly increase sexual arousal in general.

Today, supplements that raise nitric oxide levels are very popular. What Is Nitric Oxide?

This helps decrease blood pressure. Studies to date demonstrate how dietary nitrate intake and the resulting increase in NO production acutely lowers blood pressure in healthy humans.

In addition to positive effects on blood pressure, NO can also improve endothelial function. This is significant since endothelial dysfunction is known to contribute to the development of atherosclerosis, which can lead to a heart attack or stroke. A study published in 2014 in the Journal of Clinical Hypertension found that a single administration of an oral active NO supplement decreased blood pressure, improved vascular compliance and restored endothelial function in patients with hypertension.

2. Decreases Blood Clot Likelihood

In addition to decreasing blood pressure, another impressive nitric oxide function is its ability to boost heart health by making blood platelets less sticky. Why is this a good thing? When the platelets are less sticky, they are less likely to clump together and form a blood clot. Blood clots can be potentially deadly because they can cause strokes and heart attacks. Research shows that NO can help reduce the rate of clot formation as well as clot strength.

Researches from Johns Hopkins have also demonstrated using animal subjects how NO can decrease blood vessel inflammation and prevent clotting.

This increases blood flow, which is needed to initiate and maintain an erection. As men age, there tends to be a decrease in nitric oxide synthase or NOS, which is the enzyme that cause the production of nitric oxide from L-arginine. With this decrease in NOS and hence NO, there tends to be a lowered erectile response. This can be the reason why a man struggles with erectile dysfunction.

The positive nitric oxide blood pressure effects are another reason why NO seems to help ED since high blood pressure and ED have been linked. The discovery of the nitric oxide erection relationship actually has led to the development of some of the most well-known impotence drugs in existence today. NO also appears to play an important role in female arousal.

4. Supports Brain Health

NO is also known to be a key player in brain health. It has been shown to be an important messenger in various organ systems, but it’s particularly important to the central nervous system, where it acts as an intermediary in cell communication in the brain.

Research conducted at the University of Leicester reveals how NO can change the “computational ability” of the brain, which points toward NO’s ability to help neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease. A scientific review published in the Indian Journal of Biochemistry and Biophysics highlights how NO is “important as a toxic defense molecule against infectious organisms.” How so? One group of immune cells in particular, activated macrophages, inhibit pathogen replication by releasing a variety of effector molecules, including NO. This is just one nitric oxide pathway that helps fight off infection in the body.

6. May Boost Bodybuilding and Athletic Performance

Many athletes and bodybuilders take nitric oxide pre-workout because they believe it helps them work out harder and for longer. Is there any truth to this? Studies have provided mixed results.

One scientific review of 42 studies concludes that NO supplements may “improve tolerance” to aerobic and anaerobic exercise in untrained or moderately trained healthy subjects, but there doesn’t appear to be such a benefit for highly trained individuals. The review also points out that the majority of research has been conducted with a young male population, so additional research is warranted for female and elderly subjects.

Possible symptoms of a NO deficiency include hypotension, insomnia, anxiety, loss of libido and erectile dysfunction. Thankfully, there are many natural ways to boost NO levels in the body.

According to Mayo Clinic, some specific conditions where L-arginine supplements may be helpful include angina, high blood pressure and erectile dysfunction. What does L arginine do sexually? Some research shows that taking oral L-arginine might improve sexual function in men with erectile dysfunction due to a physical cause.

L-citrulline supplements: When considering nitric oxide supplements for ED, L-citrulline is another option. Research shows that patients with erectile dysfunction are more likely to be low in the precursors to NO, which are L-citrulline and L-arginine. Risks, Side Effects and Interactions

In the environment, nitrogen oxides are created naturally from things like wildfires, lightning and soil emissions. Man-made sources include internal combustion engines, power plants, fertilizer applications and agricultural burning.

Can too much nitric oxide be harmful?

NO is a toxic gas at high concentrations.

Inhaled nitric oxide can be dangerous. Sometimes it is used for newborn babies that have respiratory failure due to pulmonary hypertension. Inhaled nitric oxide side effects can include blurred vision, confusion, dizziness and sweating. More serious side effects can include rapid heart rate and bluish-coloured lips, fingernails or palms.

Nitric oxide supplements side effects vary depending on which NO supplement you choose:

Beetroot supplement side effects and interactions include sometimes making urine or stools pink or red.

L-arginine supplements side effects and interactions include abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhoea, gout, blood abnormalities, allergies, airway inflammation, worsening of asthma and low blood pressure. Take divided doses throughout the day on an empty stomach to avoid side effects and observe what dose causes digestive symptoms (just like Vitamin C really).

L-citrulline side effects and interactions include potentially causing a dangerous drop in blood pressure if used along with other drug interactions.

According to a paper published in 2016 in the journal Nitric Oxide, there currently is no valid, reliable test available to the public for testing NO levels in the body. There are saliva nitric oxide test strips on the market today, but they are “not likely to accurately assess nitric oxide bioavailability,” according to the paper.

Check with your health care provider before taking a nitric oxide supplement, especially if you are currently pregnant, nursing, being treated for a medical condition, or are taking other medications and or/supplements.

Groundbreaking research indicates that most of what is believed about the purportedly deadly properties of viruses like influenza is, in fact, not evidence-based but myth…

Germ theory is an immensely powerful force on this planet, affecting everyday interactions from a handshake, all the way up the ladder to national vaccination agendas and global eradication campaigns.  

But what if fundamental research on what exactly these ‘pathogens’ are, how they infect us, has not yet even been performed? What if much of what is assumed and believed about the danger of microbes, particularly viruses, has completely been undermined in light of radical new discoveries in microbiology?

Some of our readers already know that in my previous writings I discuss why the “germs as our enemies” concept has been decimated by the relatively recent discovery of the microbiome. In this article I will take a less philosophical approach, and focus on influenza as a more concrete example of the Copernican-level paradigm shift in biomedicine and life sciences we are all presently fully immersed within, even if the medical establishment has yet to acknowledge it. (a topic I cover extensively in my book REGENERATE: Unlocking Your Body’s Radical Resilience through the New Biology). 

Deadly Flu Viruses: Vaccinate or Die? 

The hyperbolic manner in which health policymakers and mainstream media pundits talk about it today, flu virus (or COVID-19) is an inexorably lethal force (note: viruses are obligiate parasites, at worst, with no inner motive force to actively “infect” others), against which all citizens, of all ages 6 months or older, need the annual influenza vaccine to protect themselves against, lest they (it is said) face deadly consequences. Worse, those who hold religious or philosophical objections, or who otherwise conscientiously object to vaccinating, are being characterized as doing harm to others by denying them herd immunity (a concept that has been completely debunked by a careful study of the evidence, or lack thereof). For instance, in the interview below Bill Gates tells Sanjay Gupta that he thinks non-vaccinators “kill children”:

But what if I told you that there isn’t even such a thing as “flu virus,” in the sense of a monolithic, disease vector existing outside of us, conceived as it is as the relationship of predator to prey?

First, consider that the highly authorative Cochrane collaboration acknowledges there are many different flu viruses that are not, in fact, influenza A — against which flu vaccines are targeted — but which nonetheless can contribute to symptoms identical to those attributed to influenza A:

“Over 200 viruses cause influenza and influenza-like illness which produce the same symptoms (fever, headache, aches and pains, cough and runny noses). Without laboratory tests, doctors cannot tell the two illnesses apart. Both last for days and rarely lead to death or serious illness. At best, vaccines might be effective against only Influenza A and B, which represent about 10% of all circulating viruses.” (Source: Cochrane Summaries).” [emphasis added]

This makes for a picture of complexity that powerfully undermines health policies that presuppose vaccination equates to bona fide immunity, and by implication, necessitates the herd collectively participate in the ritual of mass vaccination campaigns as a matter of life-or-death social necessity. 

Even the use of the word “immunization” to describe vaccination is highly misleading. The moment the word is used, it already presupposes efficacy, and makes it appear as if non-vaccinators are anti-immunity, instead of what they actually are: pro-immunity (via clean air, food, water, and sunlight), but unwilling to subject themselves or their healthy children to “unavoidably unsafe” medical procedures with only theoretical benefits. 

Why Flu Virus Doesn’t Exist (The Way We Were Told)

But the topic gets even more interesting when we consider the findings of a 2015 study entitled “Conserved and host-specific features of influenza virion architecture.” This was the first study ever to plumb the molecular depths of what influenza virus is actually composed of. Amazingly, given the long history of vaccine use and promotion, the full characterization of what proteins it contains, and where they are derived from, was never previously performed. How we invest billions of dollars annually into flu vaccines, and have created a global campaign to countermand a viral enemy, whose basic building blocks were not even known until a few years ago, is hard to understand. But it is true nonetheless. 

The study abstract opens with this highly provocative line: 

“Viruses use virions to spread between hosts, and virion composition is therefore the primary determinant of viral transmissibility and immunogenicity.” [emphasis added]

Virion are also known as “viral particles,” and they are the means by which viral nucleic acids are able to move and ‘infect’ living organisms. Without the viral particle (taxi) to carry around the virus DNA (passenger), it would be harmless; in fact, viruses are often described as existing somewhere between living and inanimate objects for this reason: they do not produce their own energy, nor are transmissable without a living host. And so, in this first line, the authors are making it clear that virion composition is also the primary determinant in how or whether a virus is infectious (transmits) and what effects it will have in the immune system of the infected host. 


Influenza viral particles

This distinction is important because we often think of viruses as simply pathogenic strings of DNA or RNA. The irony, of course, is that the very things we attribute so much lethality to — viral nucleic acids — are not even alive, and can not infect an organism without all the other components (proteins, lipids, extra-viral nucleic acids) which are, technically, not viral in origin, participating in the process. And so, if the components that are non-viral are essential for the virus to cause harm, how can we continue to maintain that we are up against a monolithic disease entity “out there” who “infects” us, a passive victim? It’s fundamentally non-sensical, given these findings. It also clearly undermines the incessant, fear-based rhetoric those beholden to the pro-vaccine stance to coerce the masses into undergoing the largely faith-based rite of vaccination. 

Let’s dive deeper into the study’s findings. 

The next line of the abstract addresses the fact we opened this article with: namely, that there is great complexity involved at the level of the profound variability in virion composition:

“However, the virions of many viruses are complex and pleomorphic, making them difficult to analyze in detail” 

But this problem of the great variability in the virion composition of influenza is exactly why the study was conducted. They explain: 

“Here we address this by identifying and quantifying viral proteins with mass spectrometry, producing a complete and quantifiable model of the hundreds of viral and host-encoded proteins that make up the pleomorphic virions of influenza virus. We show that a conserved influenza virion architecture, which includes substantial quantities of host proteins as well as the viral protein NSI, is elaborated with abundant host-dependent features. As a result, influenza virions produced by mammalian and avian hosts have distinct protein compositions.” 

In other words, they found that the flu virus is as much comprised of biological material from the host the virus ‘infects,’ as the viral genetic material of the virus per se.

How then, do we differentiate influenza virus as fully “other”? Given that it would not exist without “self” proteins, or those of other host animals like birds (avian) or insects, this would be impossible to do with any intellectual honesty intact.

There’s also the significant problem presented by flu vaccine production. Presently, human flu vaccine antigen is produced via insects and chicken eggs. This means that the virus particles extracted from these hosts would contain foreign proteins, and would therefore produce different and/or unpredictable immunological responses in humans than would be expected from human influenza viral particles. One possibility is that the dozens of foreign proteins found within avian influenza could theoretically produce antigens in humans that cross-react with self-structures resulting in autoimmunity. Safety testing, presently, does not test for these cross reactions. Clearly, this discovery opens up a pandora’s box of potential problems that have never sufficiently been analyzed, since it was never understood until now that “influenza” is so thoroughly dependent upon a host for its transmissability and immunogenecity. 

Are Flu Viruses Really “Hijacked” Exosomes?

Lastly, the study identified something even more amazing:

“Finally, we note that influenza virions share an underlying protein composition with exosomes, suggesting that influenza virions form by subverting micro vesicle” production.”

What these researchers are talking about is the discovery that virion particles share stunning similarities to naturally occurring virus-like particles produced by all living cells called exosomes. Exosomes, like many viruses (i.e. enveloped viruses) are enclosed in a membrane, and are within the 50-100 nanometer size range that viruses are (20-400 nm). They also contain biologically active molecules, such as proteins and lipids, as well as information-containing ones like RNAs — exactly, or very similar, to the types of contents you find in viral particles.

When we start to look at viruses through the lens of their overlap with exosomes, which as carriers of RNAs are essential for regulating the expression of the vast majority of the human genome, we start to understand how their function could be considered neutral as “information carriers,” if not beneficial. Both exosomes and viruses may actually be responsible for inter-species or cross-kingdom communication and regulation within the biosphere, given the way they are able to facilitate and mediate horizontal information transfer between organisms. Even eating a piece of fruit containing these exosomes can alter the expression of vitally important genes within our body


Exosomes

In light of this post-Germ Theory perspective, viruses could be described as pieces of information in search of chromosomes; not inherently “bad,” but, in fact, essential for mediating the genotype/phenotype relationship within organisms, who must adapt to ever-shifting environmental conditions in real-time in order to survive; something the glacial pace of genetic changes within the primary nucleotide sequences of our DNA cannot do (for instance, it may take ~ 100,000 years for a protein-coding gene sequence to change versus seconds for a protein-coding gene’s expression to be altered via modulation via viral or exosomal RNAs). 

This does not mean they are “all good”, either. Sometimes, given many conditions outside their control, their messages could present challenges or misinformation to the cells to which they are exposed, which could result in a “disease symptom.” These disease symptoms are often if not invariably attempts by the body to self-regulate and ultimately improve and heal itself.

In other words, the virion composition of viruses appears to be the byproduct of the cell’s normal exosome (also known as microvesicle) production machinery and trafficking, albeit being influenced by influenza DNA. And like exosomes, viruses may be a means of extracellular communication between cells, instead of simply a pathological disease entity. This could explain why an accumulating body of research on the role of the virome in human health indicates that so-called infectious agents, including viruses like measles, confer significant health benefits. Other researchers have come to similar discoveries about the relationship between exosomes and viruses, sometimes describing viral hijacking of exosome pathways as a “Trojan horse” hypothesis. HIV may provide such an example

Concluding Remarks

The remarkably recent discovery of the host-dependent nature of the influenza virus’ virion composition is really just the tip of an intellectual iceberg that has yet to fully emerge into the light of day, but is already “sinking” ships; paradigm ships, if you will.

One such paradigm is that germs are enemy combatants, and that viruses serve no fundamental role in our health, and should be eradicated from the earth with drugs and vaccines, if possible. 

This belief, however, is untenable. With the discovery of the indispensable role of the microbiome, and the subpopulation of viruses within it — the virome — we have entered into an entirely new, ecologically-based view of the body and its environs that are fundamentally inseparable. Ironically, the only thing that influenza may be capable of killing is germ theory itself.

We the undersigned scientists, doctors, environmental organizations and citizens from (__) countries, urgently call for a halt to the deployment of the 5G (fifth generation) wireless network, including 5G from space satellites. 5G will massively increase exposure to radio frequency (RF) radiation on top of the 2G, 3G and 4G networks for telecommunications already in place. RF radiation has been proven harmful for humans and the environment. The deployment of 5G constitutes an experiment on humanity and the environment that is defined as a crime under international law.

Executive summary

Telecommunications companies worldwide, with the support of governments, are poised within the next two years to roll out the fifth-generation wireless network (5G). This is set to deliver what is acknowledged to be unprecedented societal change on a global scale. We will have “smart” homes, “smart” businesses, “smart” highways, “smart” cities and self-driving cars. Virtually everything we own and buy, from refrigerators and washing machines to milk cartons, hairbrushes and infants’ diapers, will contain antennas and microchips and will be connected wirelessly to the Internet. Every person on Earth will have instant access to super-high-speed, low- latency wireless communications from any point on the planet, even in rainforests, mid-ocean and the Antarctic.

What is not widely acknowledged is that this will also result in unprecedented environmental change on a global scale. The planned density of radio frequency transmitters is impossible to envisage. In addition to millions of new 5G base stations on Earth and 20,000 new satellites in space, 200 billion transmitting objects, according to estimates, will be part of the Internet of Things by 2020, and one trillion objects a few years later. Commercial 5G at lower frequencies and slower speeds was deployed in Qatar, Finland and Estonia in mid-2018. The rollout of 5G at extremely high (millimetre wave) frequencies is planned to begin at the end of 2018.

Despite widespread denial, the evidence that radio frequency (RF) radiation is harmful to life is already overwhelming. The accumulated clinical evidence of sick and injured human beings, experimental evidence of damage to DNA, cells and organ systems in a wide variety of plants and animals, and epidemiological evidence that the major diseases of modern civilization—cancer, heart disease and diabetes—are in large part caused by electromagnetic pollution, forms a literature base of well over 10,000 peer-reviewed studies.

If the telecommunications industry’s plans for 5G come to fruition, no person, no animal, no bird, no insect and no plant on Earth will be able to avoid exposure, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to levels of RF radiation that are tens to hundreds of times greater than what exists today, without any possibility of escape anywhere on the planet. These 5G plans threaten to provoke serious, irreversible effects on humans and permanent damage to all of the Earth’s ecosystems.

Immediate measures must be taken to protect humanity and the environment, in accordance with ethical imperatives and international agreements.

5G will result in a massive increase in inescapable, involuntary exposure to wireless radiation

Ground-based 5G

In order to transmit the enormous amounts of data required for the Internet of Things (IoT), 5G technology, when fully deployed, will use millimetre waves, which are poorly transmitted through solid material. This will require every carrier to install base stations every 100 metres[1] in every urban area in the world. Unlike previous generations of wireless technology, in which a single antenna broadcasts over a wide area, 5G base stations and 5G devices will have multiple antennas arranged in “phased arrays” [2],[3] that work together to emit focused, steerable, laser-like beams that track each other.

Each 5G phone will contain dozens of tiny antennas, all working together to track and aim a narrowly focused beam at the nearest cell tower. The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted rules [4] permitting the effective power of those beams to be as much as 20 watts, ten times more powerful than the levels permitted for current phones.

Each 5G base station will contain hundreds or thousands of antennas aiming multiple laser-like beams simultaneously at all cell phones and user devices in its service area. This technology is called “multiple input multiple output” or MIMO. FCC rules permit the effective radiated power of a 5G base station’s beams to be as much as 30,000 watts per 100 MHz of spectrum,[2] or equivalently 300,000 watts per GHz of spectrum, tens to hundreds of times more powerful than the levels permitted for current base stations.

Space-based 5G

At least five companies[5] are proposing to provide 5G from space from a combined 20,000 satellites in low- and medium-Earth orbit that will blanket the Earth with powerful, focused, steerable beams. Each satellite will emit millimetre waves with an effective radiated power of up to 5 million watts[6] from thousands of antennas arranged in a phased array. Although the energy reaching the ground from satellites will be less than that from ground-based antennas, it will irradiate areas of the Earth not reached by other transmitters and will be additional to ground-based 5G transmissions from billions of IoT objects. Even more importantly, the satellites will be located in the Earth’s magnetosphere, which exerts a significant influence over the electrical properties of the atmosphere. The alteration of the Earth’s electromagnetic environment may be an even greater threat to life than the radiation from ground-based antennas (see below).

Harmful effects of radio frequency radiation are already proven

Even before 5G was proposed, dozens of petitions and appeals[7] by international scientists, including the Freiburger Appeal signed by over 3,000 physicians, called for a halt to the expansion of wireless technology and a moratorium on new base stations.[8]

In 2015, 215 scientists from 41 countries communicated their alarm to the United Nations (UN) and World Health Organization (WHO).[9] They stated that “numerous recent scientific publications have shown that EMF [electromagnetic fields] affects living organisms at levels well below most international and national guidelines”. More than 10,000 peer-reviewed scientific studies demonstrate harm to human health from RF radiation.[10] [11] Effects include:

Effects in children include autism,[28] attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)[29][30] and asthma.[31]

Damage goes well beyond the human race, as there is abundant evidence of harm to diverse plant- and wildlife[32][33] and laboratory animals, including:

Negative microbiological effects[48] have also been recorded.

The WHO’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) concluded in 2011 that RF radiation of frequencies 30 kHz – 300 GHz are possibly carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B).[49] However, recent evidence, including the latest studies on cell phone use and brain cancer risks, indicate that RF radiation is proven carcinogenic to humans[50] and should now be classified as a “Group 1 carcinogen” along with tobacco smoke and asbestos.

Most contemporary wireless signals are pulse-modulated. Harm is caused by both the high-frequency carrier wave and the low-frequency pulsations.[51]

The deployment of 5G satellites must be prohibited

The Earth, the ionosphere and the lower atmosphere form the global electric circuit[52] in which we live. It is well established that biological rhythms—of humans,[53][54] birds,[55] hamsters,[56] and spiders[57][58]—are controlled by the Earth’s natural electromagnetic environment and that the well-being of all organisms depends on the stability of this environment, including the electrical properties of the atmosphere.[59][60][61][62] Cherry, in a groundbreaking paper, [63] explained the importance of the Schumann resonances[64] and why ionospheric disturbances can alter blood pressure and melatonin and cause “cancer, reproductive, cardiac and neurological disease and death”.

These elements of our electromagnetic environment have already been altered by radiation from power lines. Power line harmonic radiation[65] reaches the Earth’s ionosphere and magnetosphere, where it is amplified by wave-particle interactions.[66][67] In 1985, Dr. Robert O. Becker warned that power line harmonic radiation had already changed the structure of the magnetosphere, and that the continued expansion of this effect “threatens the viability of all life on Earth”.[68] The placement of tens of thousands of satellites directly in both the ionosphere and magnetosphere, emitting modulated signals at millions of watts and millions of frequencies, is likely to alter our electromagnetic environment beyond our ability to adapt.[69]

Informal monitoring has already provided evidence indicating serious effects on humans and animals from the approximately 100 satellites that have provided 2G and 3G phone service from low orbit since 1998. Such effects cannot be understood only from consideration of the low levels of radiation on the ground. Knowledge from other relevant scientific disciplines must be taken into account, including the fields of atmospheric physics and acupuncture.[70][71][72][73] Adding 20,000 5G satellites will further pollute the global electric circuit[74][75] and could alter the Schumann resonances,[76] with which all life on Earth has evolved. The effects will be universal and may be profoundly damaging.

5G is qualitatively and quantitatively different from 4G

The idea that we will tolerate tens to hundreds of times more radiation at millimetre wavelengths is based on faulty modelling of the human body as a shell filled with a homogeneous liquid.[77][78] The assumption that millimetre waves do not penetrate beyond the skin completely ignores nerves,[79] blood vessels[80][81] and other electrically conducting structures that can carry radiation-induced currents deep into the body.[82][83][84] Another, potentially more serious error is that phased arrays are not ordinary antennas. When an ordinary electromagnetic field enters the body, it causes charges to move and currents to flow. But when extremely short electromagnetic pulses enter the body, something else happens: the moving charges themselves become little antennas that reradiate the electromagnetic field and send it deeper into the body. These reradiated waves are called Brillouin precursors.[85] They become significant when either the power or the phase of the waves changes rapidly enough.[86] 5G will probably satisfy both criteria.

In addition, shallow penetration in itself poses a unique danger to eyes and to the largest organ of the body, the skin, as well as to very small creatures. Peer-reviewed studies have recently been published, predicting thermal skin burns[87] in humans from 5G radiation and resonant absorption by insects,[88] which absorb up to 100 times as much radiation at millimetre wavelengths as they do at wavelengths presently in use. Since populations of flying insects have declined by 75-80 per cent since 1989 even in protected nature areas,[89] 5G radiation could have catastrophic effects on insect populations worldwide. A 1986 study by Om Gandhi warned that millimetre waves are strongly absorbed by the cornea of the eye, and that ordinary clothing, being of millimetre-size thickness, increases the absorption of energy by the skin by a resonance-type effect.[90] Russell (2018) reviews the known effects of millimetre waves on skin, eyes (including cataracts), heart rate, immune system and DNA.[91]

Regulators have deliberately excluded the scientific evidence of harm

Stakeholders thus far in the development of 5G have been industry and governments, while renowned international EMF scientists who have documented biological effects on humans, animals, insects and plants, and alarming effects on health and the environment in thousands of peer-reviewed studies have been excluded. The reason for the current inadequate safety guidelines is that conflicts of interest of standard-setting bodies “due to their relationships with telecommunications or electric companies undermine the impartiality that should govern the regulation of Public Exposure Standards for non-ionizing radiation”. [92] Professor Emeritus Martin L. Pall lays out the conflicts of interest in detail, and the lists of important studies that have been excluded, in his literature review[93]

The thermal hypothesis is obsolete—new safety standards are needed

Current safety guidelines are based on the obsolete hypothesis that heating is the only harmful effect of EMFs. As Markov and Grigoriev have stated, “Today standards do not consider the real pollution of the environment with nonionizing radiation”.[94] Hundreds of scientists, including many signatories to this appeal, have proven that many different kinds of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries are caused without heating (“non-thermal effect”) from radiation levels far below international guidelines.9 Biological effects occur even at near-zero power levels. Effects that have been found at 0.02 picowatts (trillionths of a watt) per square centimetre or less include altered genetic structure in E. coli[95] and in rats,[96] altered EEG in humans,[97] growth stimulation in bean plants,[98] and stimulation of ovulation in chickens.[99]

To protect against non-thermal effects, duration of exposure must be considered. 5G will expose everyone to many more transmissions simultaneously and continuously, day and night without cessation. New safety standards are needed and should be based on cumulative exposure and not only on power levels but also on frequency, bandwidth, modulation, waveform, pulse width and other properties that are biologically important. Antennas must be confined to specific, publicly identified locations. To protect humans, antennas must be located far from where people live and work, and excluded from the public rights-of-way where people walk. To protect wildlife, they must be excluded from wilderness sanctuaries and strictly minimized in remote areas of the Earth. To protect all life, commercial communications satellites must be limited in number and prohibited in low- and medium-Earth orbits. Phased arrays must be prohibited on Earth and in space.

RF radiation has both acute and chronic effects

RF radiation has both immediate and long-term effects. Cancer and heart disease are examples of long-term effects. Alteration of heart rhythm[100] and changes in brain function (EEG)[101] are examples of immediate effects. A syndrome that was called radiowave sickness[102] in the former Soviet Union and is called electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) around the world today[103] can be either acute or chronic. Professor Dr. Karl Hecht has published a detailed history of these syndromes, compiled from a review of more than 1,500 Russian scientific papers and the clinical histories of more than 1,000 of his own patients in Germany. Objective findings include sleep disorders, abnormal blood pressure and heart rate, digestive disorders, hair loss, tinnitus and skin rash. Subjective symptoms include dizziness, nausea, headache, memory loss, inability to concentrate, fatigue, flu-like symptoms and cardiac pain. [104]

The EUROPAEM EMF Guideline 2016 states that EHS develops when people are “continuously exposed in their daily life” to increasing levels of EMFs, and that “reduction and prevention of EMF exposure” is necessary to restore these patients to health.[105] EHS should no longer be considered a disease, but an injury by a toxic environment that affects an increasingly large portion of the population, estimated already at 100 million people worldwide,[106][107] and that may soon affect everyone[108] if the worldwide rollout of 5G is permitted.

The International Scientific Declaration on EHS and multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS), Brussels, declared in 2015 that “[i]naction is a cost to society and is not an option any more… [W]e unanimously acknowledge this serious hazard to public health… [urgently requiring] that major primary prevention measures are adopted and prioritized, to face this worldwide pan-epidemic in perspective” (emphasis added).[109]

World governments are failing in their duty of care to the populations they govern

In their haste to implement 5G and to encourage the unconstrained use of outer space, the European Union, United States and national governments worldwide are taking steps to ensure a “barrier-free” regulatory environment.[110] They are prohibiting local authorities from enforcing environmental laws,[111] and “in the interest of speedy and cost-effective deployment”, removing “unnecessary burdens… such as local planning procedures [and] the variety of specific limits on electromagnetic field (EMF) emissions and of the methods required to aggregate them”.[112]

Governments are also enacting laws to make wireless facilities a permitted use in all public rights-of-way.[113] To date, most wireless facilities have been located on private property at some distance from homes and businesses. In order for them to be spaced less than 100 metres apart as required by 5G, however, they will now be located on the sidewalk directly in front of homes and businesses and close above the heads of pedestrians, including mothers with babies.

Public notice requirements and public hearings are being eliminated. Even if there were a hearing and 100 scientific experts were to testify against 5G, laws have been passed making it illegal for local authorities to take their testimony into consideration. US law, for example, prohibits local governments from regulating wireless technology “on the basis of the environmental effects of radio frequency radiation”,[114] and courts have reversed regulatory decisions about cell tower placement simply because most of the public testimony was about health.[115] Insurers will not provide coverage against EMF risks,[116] and there is zero clarity as to what entity will bear legal responsibility for damage to life, limb and property arising from exposure to 5G, whether ground- or space-based.[117]

In the absence of an agreed comprehensive legal regime governing activities in outer space, legal liability for those activities is non-existent, despite the prospect of whole continents, the atmosphere and the oceans being put at risk by them.

 International agreements are being violated

Children and duty of care

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child: States shall “undertake to ensure the child such protection and care as is necessary for his or her well-being” (art. 3), “ensure… the survival and development of the child” (art. 6) and “take appropriate measures to combat disease… taking into consideration the dangers and risks of environmental pollution” (art. 24(c)).

The Nuremberg Code (1947) applies to all experiments on humans, thus including the deployment of 5G with new, higher RF radiation exposure that has not been pre-market tested for safety. “The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential” (art. 1). Exposure to 5G will be involuntary. “No experiment should be conducted, where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur” (art. 5). The findings of over 10,000 scientific studies and the voices of hundreds of international organizations representing hundreds of thousands of members who have suffered disabling injury and been displaced from their homes by already-existing wireless telecommunications facilities, are “a priori reasons to believe that death or disabling injury will occur”.

Duty to inform and EMFs

The World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (2012) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) stated that “[t]here is a need to inform the public of the potential effects of exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs)” and invited Member States “to adopt suitable measures in order to ensure compliance with relevant international recommendations to protect health against the adverse effect of EMF”.

The Mid-term review of the European Environment and Health Action Plan 2004-2010 (2008): “The European Parliament… [n]otes that the limits on exposure to electromagnetic fields which have been set for the general public are obsolete, … obviously take no account of developments in information and communication technologies, of the recommendations issued by the European Environment Agency or of the stricter emission standards adopted, for example, by Belgium, Italy and Austria, and do not address the issue of vulnerable groups, such as pregnant women, newborn babies and children.”

Resolution 1815 (Council of Europe, 2011): “Take all reasonable measures to reduce exposure to electromagnetic fields, especially to radio frequencies from mobile phones, and particularly the exposure to children and young people.”

Environment

The Declaration of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment (1972): “The discharge of toxic substances… in such quantities or concentrations as to exceed the capacity of the environment to render them harmless, must be halted in order to ensure that serious or irreversible damage is not inflicted upon ecosystems” (principle 6).

The World Charter for Nature (1982): “Activities which are likely to cause irreversible damage to nature shall be avoided… [W]here potential adverse effects are not fully understood, the activities should not proceed” (art. 11).

The Rio Declaration on Environment and Development (1992): “States have… the responsibility to ensure that activities within their jurisdiction or control do not cause damage to the environment of other States or of areas beyond the limits of national jurisdiction” (principle 2).

The United Nations World Summit on Sustainable Development (2002): “There is an urgent need to… create more effective national and regional policy responses to environmental threats to human health” (para. 54(k)).

The African Convention on the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (2017): “The Parties shall… take all appropriate measures to prevent, mitigate and eliminate to the maximum extent possible, detrimental effects on the environment, in particular from radioactive, toxic, and other hazardous substances and wastes” (art. 13).

Health and human rights

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948): “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person” (art. 3).

The United Nations Global Strategy for Women’s, Children’s and Adolescents’ Health (2016-2030) has as objectives and targets to “transform”, by expanding enabling environments; to “survive”, by reducing maternal and newborn mortality; and to “thrive” by ensuring health and well-being and reducing pollution-related deaths and illnesses.

Space

The Outer Space Treaty (1967) requires that the use of outer space be conducted “so as to avoid [its] harmful contamination and also adverse changes in the environment of the Earth” (art. IX)

The United Nations Guidelines for The Long-Term Sustainability of Outer Space Activities (2018): “States and international intergovernmental organizations should address… risks to people, property, public health and the environment associated with the launch, in-orbit operation and re-entry of space objects” (guideline 2.2(c)).

World governments are playing dice with life on Earth

Albert Einstein famously asserted that “God does not play dice”.[118] Yet by pursuing the broadcast on Earth and from space of 5G, an unprecedented technology of millimetre waves previously used as an energy weapon in military operations and crowd control,[119] world governments are recklessly playing dice with the future of life on Earth.

To refuse to accept and apply relevant and valid scientific knowledge is ethically unacceptable. Existing research shows that 5G—and especially space-based 5G—contravenes principles enshrined in a host of international agreements.

We call upon the UN, WHO, EU, Council of Europe and governments of all nations,

(a) To take immediate measures to halt the deployment of 5G on Earth and in space in order to protect all humankind, especially the unborn, infants, children, adolescents and pregnant women, as well as the environment;

(b) To follow the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and Council of Europe Resolution 1815 by informing citizens, including teachers and physicians, about the health risks (to adults and children) from RF radiation, and why they should and how they can avoid wireless communication and base stations, particularly in or near day-care centres, schools, hospitals, homes and workplaces;

(c) To favour and implement wired telecommunications instead of wireless;

(d) To prohibit the wireless/telecommunications industry through its lobbying organizations from persuading officials to make decisions permitting further expansion of RF radiation, including ground- and space-based 5G;

(e) To appoint immediately—without industry influence—international groups of independent, truly impartial EMF and health scientists with no conflicts of interest, [120] for the purpose of establishing new international safety standards for RF radiation that are not based only on power levels, that consider cumulative exposure, and that protect against all health and environmental effects, not just thermal effects and not just effects on humans;

(f) To appoint immediately—without industry influence—international groups of scientists with expertise in EMFs, health, biology and atmospheric physics, for the purpose of developing a comprehensive regulatory framework that will ensure that the uses of outer space are safe for humans and the environment, taking into account RF radiation, rocket exhaust gases, black soot, and space debris and their impacts on ozone[121] global warming[122] the atmosphere and the preservation of life on Earth. Not only ground-based but also space-based technology must be sustainable [123] for adults and children, animals and plants.

Vitamin B6.

Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is one of the vitamins included in the vitamin B complex family. What is vitamin B6 good for?  Vitamin B6 has several derivatives, including pyridoxal, pyridoxal 5-phosphate and pyridoxamine. These are all important compounds involved in numerous biological functions. Vitamin B6 is used by the body every single day since it plays a part in such major functions including movement, memory, energy expenditure and blood flow. Therefore, a vitamin B6 deficiency can show up in many different symptoms, some only temporary but others more serious. B6 is involved in cell replication, heart health, kidney health and respiratory health. Vitamin B6 helps the body to maintain a healthy brain and nervous system, helps make hemoglobin that carries oxygen in red blood cells throughout the body, to provide energy from the food that we eat, to balance blood sugar levels, to act as a natural nerve pain treatment, to boost mood, and also to create antibodies that our immune system uses to protect us. Preventing a Vitamin B6 Deficiency

A vitamin B6 deficiency is rare in western, developed nations where most people acquire enough calories and aren’t experiencing malnourishment. In fact, some experts feel that some people actually consume too high of levels of vitamin B6 and that this may be even more common in the general population than a vitamin B6 deficiency is.

Symptoms of Vitamin B6 Deficiency

A vitamin B6 deficiency can over time cause symptoms including:

  • Antibiotics including Tetracycline
  • Antidepressant medications including Pamelor, Elavil, desipramine, Norpramin and Tofranil
  • Some antidepressants called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) may also be able to reduce blood levels of vitamin B6

 

Signs of Toxic Overload in your Body.

Some years ago I read about a number of doctors who insisted that all patients only drink pure water-free of chlorine, aluminium, fluoride and recycled pharmaceutical drugs, and avoid tap water 100%. They were also kept off all medical drugs, antibiotics etc. They were also to strictly avoid all sources of GMOs and Roundup. They were encouraged to eat home made cooking 90% of the time. I would personally use supplements, organic fruit and veg, superfoods and herbs in addition to the above, but they did not go that far. Nevertheless their patients were getting better, no matter what was wrong with them. This proved that eliminating toxins can cure most diseases. I have been delighted to see many patients get better from every disease under the sun by following my somewhat upgraded detox approach. Get rid of toxins and you lower inflammation. At the same time most infections—virus, bacteria, fungi and parasites are usually overcome. Most people are ‘Tox Sick’.

 

Exposure to toxins in your daily life is pretty unavoidable. Though not always immediately harmful, these substances can be found in a variety of places, from food to soaps, household products, personal care products to work and surrounding environment. As Leigh Erin Connealy, M.D. author of The Cancer Revolution, says, “too many toxins in the body can culminate in disease.” They may come from the chemicals in the air ( eg chemtrails) and all kinds of smog/smoke, electromagnetic field radiation from your cell phones/towers/computers, processed food that you eat, very toxic tap water and pesticides, organophosphates/Roundup and lots of other sources”. she says. “Autoimmune diseases are usually triggered by these precursors as well. Stress is also a big part of what leads to disease and even cancer. because it slows, overloads and blocks the natural detox process”.

Since toxins are everywhere, you are exposed to more than you would ever imagine. So here are some subtle signs of a toxin overload in your body to look out for, according to doctors who are in the know about toxins and carry out the difficult task of detoxifying.

1) You Have Brain Fog

Confusion, memory loss, and an inability to stay focused are all signs of brain fog and can be the result of irritation caused by chemicals and toxins that you are exposed to. “Through a series of reactions, toxins cause inflammation which can strip the body from essential vitamins, minerals, and hormones necessary for daily body function,” Janette Nesheiwat, M.D., family and ER medicine and medical news correspondent, tells Bustle. “You can even think of it like a car that breaks down when it has bad oil in it.” When your body is filled with toxins, it won’t run properly and will affect many areas of your body including your brain.

2) You Have Constipation

When you consume processed foods, you’re consuming all the chemicals that come with it such as preservatives, colorants, and artificial flavoring. According to Dr. Nesheiwat this can lead to symptoms like an upset stomach and constipation. “These could be signs of toxin overload and your body telling you to slow down and take care of yourself,” she says. Eating organic as much as possible, limiting alcohol intake, and drinking plenty of water should help with your bowel movements. “Consuming foods rich in vitamins and minerals can strengthen the body and help eliminate toxins,” she says.

3) You Have Low Energy Levels

Research has found links between chronic fatigue and toxin exposure in the environment from things like pesticides, solvents, and metals. When toxins overload your body, it can cause your kidneys and liver to work overtime in order to get rid of that waste. “If we put our kidneys into overdrive it can get ‘backed up’ and cause toxin buildup, which in turn causes the symptoms of fatigue and low energy,” Dr. Nesheiwat says. But since fatigue can have many different causes, it’s important to talk with your doctor if this becomes an issue for you.

4) You Have Unusual Smelling Body Odour

One major sign of a toxin overload is abnormal smelling body odour. As Dr. Nesheiwat says, “The body creates gases and odours, which are by products of metabolism and the breakdown of everything we inhale, ingest or are exposed to.” Unusual smelling body odours, urine, and bad breath are all signs that your body is trying to get rid of toxins.

5) You Have Chemical Sensitivities

“Any amount of toxins, not just an overload, can cause chemical sensitivities,” Dr. Nesheiwat says. It’s easy to resort to fast food, which is loaded with chemicals, when you’re always on-the-go or just super stressed out from work. In fact, a recent George Washington University study found that burgers and other foods that get consumed at fast food places may increase the number of “health-harming chemicals” or pthlates in the body. Products such as shampoos, conditioners, soaps, and lotions can contain harmful chemicals. Your skin is the largest organ in the body and can expose your entire body to penetration of toxins. Exposure to toxins can cause symptoms such as acne, boils,  rashes, puffy eyes and eczema, among other possible reactions. Toxins are very often the straw that breaks the camels back. I have had so many patients break out in horrible skin conditions after they had their house sprayed for some pest like roaches. Sometimes the products you use may not be the culprit. According to the Centers for Disease Control, more than 13 million workers in the United States get exposed to potentially harmful chemicals that can be absorbed through the skin. People who are most at risk work in a variety of industries from food service to health care. The silent accumulation of toxins plus some other load on the system like a course of antibiotics can also trigger a heart attack or stroke instead of a skin eruption.

8) You suffer from an autoimmune disease.

The immune system detects toxins in the system and mounts attacks on tissue and organs  that are loaded with toxins. That is the whole problem. Healthy organs and tissue are under attack and your defence system has become your personal worst enemy. When your autoimmune condition stops, that may indicate that you are winning with your detoxification. Autoimmune conditions are like the proverbial chicken and egg story- which comes first.?

Exposure to toxins is pretty inevitable. It may be impossible to completely rid yourself of toxins altogether and even if you tried, you start to bio-accumulate toxins the moment you stop detoxifying. You can definitely reduce the amount of toxins in your body. It is an on-going process, just  like washing your hands.

As Dr. Nesheiwat suggests, stick to organic and natural foods, vegetables, and fruits. Avoid excess amounts of alcohol and fast food as much as you can. Also, be mindful of the products you’re using on your body as well as the ones you use to clean your house. Other than that, be sure to drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, get some exercise, manage stress in effective ways and just try your best to stay healthy.

A few key lifestyle adjustments can be super helpful. Of course, it’s also a good idea to work with a health coach to ensure that you follow through with the detox process. I am very interested in the massive emotional detox that usually follows a physical detox.
