Adrenal Fatigue:                                                                            

 

Symptoms:

  • Fatigue any time of day. Very slow to awaken after sleep.
  • Low sex drive or sexual energy.
  • Strong cravings for sugar, salt and fats.
  • Low blood pressure on standing up- dizzy or light headedness.

  • Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) Up to 1500 mg per day.
  • Melatonin. 300 mcg- 6 mg at bedtime.
  • Phosphatidylserine 300- 800 mg daily.
  • Licorice Root extract . No more than 1000 mg daily.( standardized 5% glycyrrhizic acid).
