Detox Day.

I have decided to go on a liquid fast today. Spring is here and throughout nature purification and renewal are happening. Autumn is also an ideal time to fast/clean out. Anyone want to join in? Drink water all day or cleansing herb teas. You can put your house in order in other ways if you wish–tidying/decluttering your life in any way that appeals to you. Next meal will happen tomorrow.
